1. In order
to protect access to the members account from unauthourised
Persons, the member:
a) shall take care not to disclose account and
password details to another person, other than an authorised
personnel of Globaldosh.
b) shall change the security password from time
to time , or when the member suspects the possibility
of unauthourised present or future use of the account.
In the case of unauthorised use the member must inform
Globaldosh by e-mail immediately.
c) Shall give all information on signing up for
Globaldosh account in a truthful manner.
2. The member agrees and
undertakes:
a) To use the service provided by Globaldosh
in accordance with this terms and conditions as may
be varied by Globaldosh either by written notice, information
on Globaldosh site or by notice published in a national
press from time to time.
b) Not to contravene any applicable law, legislation
or statutory instruments in their country.
c) To indemnify Globaldosh against all liabilities,
claims, damages, losses and expenses arising from any
breach of the members undertakings in 2(a) and 2(b)
above.
d) To give written notification, either by post
or e-mail, to Globaldosh of change in address.
3. In the event that Globaldosh
service fails to operate and the member had to use other
methods to make payment, Globaldosh will not be responsible
for the cost incurred in effecting the alternative payment.
4. Neither party shall
be liable to the other in contract, tort or otherwise
For any loss of business, bargains, contracts, anticipated
savings or profits or for any other indirect or consequential
loss whatsoever provided however nothing that excludes
or limit liability for death or Personal injury caused
by negligence.

Disclosure of account details to persons other than
the authourised employees of Globaldosh is entirely
at the member's risk.
6. The member shall be
liable for all charges and fees arising from the Use
of the account whether authourised or unauthourised,
unless such unauthourised use is solely attributable
to an act or omission on the part of Globaldosh.

Globaldosh will use its reasonable endeavours to provide
its service to the member. However, when Globaldosh
is unable to provide its service to the member,
the member is free to use other
methods of payment until access to Globaldosh is re-instated.
Globaldosh will not be held liable for any charges or
damages to the member should the member be prevented
from accessing the Globaldosh system.
8. There is currently
no usage charge for Globaldosh account but Globaldosh
reserves the right to introduce charges as they see
fit in the future with a minimum of 28 days notice to
members before such charges are applied.
9. The member agrees that
Globaldosh account is a membership spending account
or a virtual wallet and hence, does not attract any
interest on the balance in the account.
10. The member also agrees
that Globaldosh reserves the right to decline a transaction
where the member's account does not contain enough credits.
11. The member understands
that a top-up voucher must be uploaded within 24 hrs
of purchase from accredited retailer.
12.The member shall ensure
that the top-up voucher is obtained from Globaldosh
accredited seller. Globaldosh, on the other hand, shall
ensure that all accredited sellers display the Globaldosh
logo.
13. Minor and regular
account-holder shall ensure that they obtain a relevant
top-up voucher which can be uploaded onto their account.
14. Globaldosh reserves
the right to close down a member's account that have
had no activity in the preceeding 180 days. A cheque
of the balance thereof, less administrative charges,
will be sent to the account-holder's address.
15. Globaldosh reserves
the rights to vary the minimum top-up amount available
through it's accredited sellers.
16. GlobalDosh reserves
the right in the EU(European Union) to limit the
members' account limit to the equivalent of €150.00 in
compliance with EU and FSA stipulations.
17. In accordance with
the trading stamps act 1964, the cash redemption value
of 1GD point is 1p(UK)
18. Any refund which is
due to member by virtue of a defunct transaction will
be credited into the member's account within 48hrs of
authorisation of the refund at the prevailing exchange
rate.
19. These terms and conditions
also relate directly with any other service that Globaldosh
may offer.
20. Globaldosh reserves
the right to close an account with a customer for any
reason other than item 14 above, and subject to the
account being in credit, a cheque of the balance will
be made payable to the account name. Any bonus or promotional
credit entered on account shall be non-refundable.
21. All accounts must
be closed by the member in writing. A written request
to close an account must clearly state the account-holder's
name, address and account number and also, clearly state
their intention to close the account. An administrative
charge of 10% of the balance or GD5000points/£50.00,whichever
is greater, will be applicable.
22. The customer by continuing
to use the service consents to Globaldosh sharing customer
information including use of the service with any company
affiliated to Globaldosh as Globaldosh considers necessary
for the provision of the service.
23. The customer agrees
that Globaldosh records are conclusive evidence of the
member's use of the service and transactions carried
out by the member.
24. If any term or provision,
or portion thereof, of this agreement shall be invalid
or enforceable, to that extent it shall be deemed omitted
or omitted to the extent necessary to render it valid
and enforceable, the remainder of the agreement shall
remain unaffected and in full force and effect.
25. This agreement represents
the entire understanding between the Parties in relation
to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all other
agreements made between the parties whether written
or oral. No waiver of any provision of this agreement
shall be deemed to be a further or continuing waiver
of any provision of this agreement. This agreement may
not be assigned in whole or in part without the prior
written consent of Globaldosh with such consent not
unreasonably withheld by Globaldosh. Globaldosh may
assign this agreement at anytime.
26. The termination of
this agreement howsoever arising shall not affect such
of the provisions hereof as are expressed to operate
or have effect thereafter.
27. Globaldosh may enter
into agreements with other companies to offer you additional
benefits from your membership. If you choose to shop
with a particular Globaldosh-accepting company, we will
need to pass details of your name and address to them
28.
Continued use of Globaldosh service constitutes acceptance
of these terms and conditions.
29. Nothing in these terms
and conditions shall affect your statutory rights.
