Globaldosh™ Card the new Internet cash System Set
to Launch!!!!
Internet transaction innovators Globaldosh Limited
are set to launch Globaldosh™ card, the premier
Global Internet shopping card, in the first week of
December 2000.
The system, which has been in development for about
18 months, is now ready, after rigorous beta testing,
to enter the market. According to Mr Stephen Igweh the
Business Development Director, " after months of research
and development, the Globaldosh™ Card is what
the 10 million UK online consumers have been waiting
for."
" The Globaldosh™ Card gives every child, teenager
and adult the opportunity to transcend current restrictions
and buy whatever they want on the Net without a credit
card!" he continued "The system consists of a pre-paid
voucher, which is used to migrate physical cash into
cyberspace so that cash spenders can go shopping to
buy a limitless range of goods and services, from video
games down loads and CD's to electronics and clothes
online."
In addition, the Globaldosh™ System will be
operated in GD points with GD1000 equal to £10.00 and
our members have the option of displaying their GD points
in any currency of their choice with real-time exchange
rate. GD points are universal irrespective of country
of sale and are worth the same from Alaska to Sydney,
Rio de Janeiro to Frankfurt. The Globaldosh™
card concept is also expected to attract mammoth interest
among credit card holders who are concerned about security
for online credit card transactions.
The launch which will premiered initially in the UK
by December 2000, will be extended to 20 countries by
the end of 2001.
Already boasting a stable of top e-tailers there are
also over 100,000 outlets that customers can obtain
the GD (Globaldosh™) Cards from. These outlets
range from corner stores to large retail chains.
Globaldosh™ Limited has also concluded plans
(starting in December 2000) for what promises to be
the most radical marketing campaign in UK e-commerce
history, incorporating the new " NG consumers strategy"
in a nationwide advertising spend of over £3,000,000.
The theme of the campaign is "…It's a cash thing!"

The Internet pre-paid system, which was initially designed
late in 1998 as DISC (Discrete Internet Shopping
Card) was the brainchild of Dip-Holer Management
Limited, a process design consultancy. Globaldosh
limited was formed as a offshoot of the idea by
a group of professionals with vast knowledge of IT,
internet and business processes. Globaldosh™
is also in collaboration with leading IT solutions providers
and software developers, Zylex.com.
We were initially funded by Staurus Direct Consultancy
Services, InKonsult Ltd, Bannernote Ltd,
Brothers Inc and a host of private investors.
