A1) Simply fill the on-line application form and a sales representative
will contact you to complete the process.

A2) We have designed the registration process to be straightforward and easy for small and large merchants alike.

Q3) Do I need to modify my merchant website?
A3) No. Globaldosh will provide a simple to install 'plug-in' software for transaction verification with the Globaldosh database.

Q4) How long does the initial registration to being able to accept Globaldosh on-line take?
A4) Typically it takes about a week to begin accepting Globaldosh As long as all information are provided in a timely fashion.

Q7) How do I keep track of orders made with Globaldosh.
A7) You will use your existing ordering system to track orders.

Q8) How will I keep track of my Globaldosh account?
A8) You will be supplied with your own account number and password so that you can log into the Globaldosh website to carry out queries like transaction details, statement of account etc

Q9) Are there any security risks to my site?
A9) There are no additional risks to your site by accepting Globaldosh. All transactions are carried out via a SSL(secured socket layer) and other state-of-the-art security features to ensure no security breaches occur. FAQ(by members)

Q10) How can I become a member?
A10) Simply fill the on-line application form and you will be issued with an account number. You should write the number down immediately in a secure area. Your Globaldosh plastic will be despatched to you as soon as possible.

A13) You can spend Globaldosh in all the e-shops listed in our merchant list or any webshop/site displaying the Globaldosh logo. We are always updating our merchant list to give our members more shopping choices.

Q14) How much can I keep in the account?
A14) There is a maximum amount you can have in the account. The amount is currently fixed at GD10000 points/£100.00

Q15) How much does it cost to keep the Globaldosh account?
A15) There is no cost to members. You basically exchange your money for Globaldosh in any of the our partnering outlets, load it up and go shopping. The value of your money is still the same.

Q16) Can I close my account at any time and ask for a refund?
A16) You can close your account at anytime. A charge of GD5000points or 10% of the balance in the account, whichever is greater, will be applied to the account for administrative purposes. And a cheque of the balance will be made payable to the name on the account.

Q17) Can I charge up my account by any other means?
A) By early part of 2003 you will be able to charge up your account with credit cards and at payment points. Details will be sent out to all members as soon as these methods becomes operational.

Q18) Do I receive interest on the balance in my Globaldosh account?
A18) No. Globaldosh account is a member spending account and no interest is paid on balances.

Q19) Can I use my account from any media?
A19) Yes. You can use your account to shop through any media(mobile phones, hand-held computers, PC etc) as long as the merchant you are dealing with is a Globaldosh-accepting merchant.
